In the end I bought some evostick adhesive spray and this stuff STICKS :) I'll use clout nails in the future if it comes away. Thanks for the carpet grip idea, I will definately use that for the entrance!

Just wondering if I should use the spray adhesive or use clout nails that you use for roofing felt. The shed is 12 x 7 and I have a huge roll of 3mm thick vinyl. The base is made out of 18mm exterior plywood. Shed houses a heavy motorbike... Posh shed I know :roll:

Just had a shed built and due to it being higher than ground level I've had to have a ramp built. The ramp has timber supports and 18mm exterior plywood for the top. The more this gets walked on it chips away bit by bit and it the wet it will be pretty slippy to get my motorbike in and...

I used the 2.5mm as I got 10meters for free so I thought I'd use it. I used SY as the cable runs along a small garden wall, it's out of sight and harms way but I wanted it to have some protection without the hassle of terminating SWA.

Would there be any problems in using a 3A or 5A fuse in the spur, using the 2.5mm between the ceiling rose and the spur? Thanks.

Sorry, I meant to say 13A on the fused spur, not 32A. At the existing socket end I have wired the 1.5mm 3 core cable to a plug, so really it's just like an extension cable. I went for the 1.5mm as a standard 1.25mm extension reel would do everything I need so thought 2.5mm would be overkill...
