In contrast to problems that I had with this shower a few years ago, and what most people seem to have as well, this time, I can't get any cold water out of it! I suspect it is the thermostatic valve not pulling cold water through. Has anybody else had this problem? Is it repairable or not...

Hello. We have a hardwood conservatory with double glazing. One of the panels in the door has almost an inch of water in the bottom of it. Is there any way of getting this out? Thanks.

Hello. I had to cut a couple of small..fist sized holes in a plaster boarded ceiling to get to some electrical connections. They are actually in the apex of a bathroom in a loft area conversion. Is there something I can get to fit inside the hole to provide a solid surface to plaster or fill...

I have 10 spotlights in a bathroom. When removed, all are connected to choc block connectors, 3 strips per block. Of the 10 cb connectors, two have only one twin and earth cable connected, so presumably are at the end of a pareallel circuit. 7 of the connectors have two twin and earths...

The ground floor radiators in the living room furthest away from the boiler, are hardly aired whilst those nearest the boiler seem hot enough. There is also an occasional knocking noise from the system. I suspected low pressure or a pump fault, but it seems OK. The living room radiators...

They are downstairs yes. Been like it a while. Managed to do a bit of bleeding, the top of the radiator is hot, the bottom is cool, exact opposite to as if it was full of air.
