I have a 3 pole switch for hall lights, landing lights and an outside light. I've just replaced the outside light and it doesn't work. On checking the power there is no live to the switch although the landing and hall lights do have power. No breaker issues so I'm stumped. Any ideas? The outside...

    Key for Greenstar 8000

Unfortunately the instruction manual shows it should have the blue lever filling link. There's nothing about it filling automatically and I can't find anything on a search to find it in settings. Don't want to chance dropping the pressure any more to check it works in case they're left with no...

    Grohe Tap Tails issue

The 1/2" BSP fit thanks (should have believed the spec!). Anyway thats sorted and will use the push fit on both sides which will make for easier fitting as I can attach them to the tails before fitting them and save messing with spanners in a confined space.

    Vanity Basin Mono Tap

I took the u bend out, cleaned it and put it back. I removed the tap and disconnected the pipework by removing the white pipe entering the grey elbows. The collars ( I found a 2nd one in the towel I used) are about the same diameter of the smallest white pipe you can see.

I have an Ideal Standard vanity basin with a mono tap with pop up waste that needs changing. I'm looking at fitting one with a click waste but notice the tap base is noticeably slimmer on the new one. Before I remove it can anyone confirm whether basin mono tap holes are all the same size?
