yes hot water tank. Label on top says immersion heater, I see , hot water taken from top so probly I only felt central of tank. i'll clean the plug thanks

Have gas heating, switch it on to heat immersion heater.(not combo) Immersion heater was very hot so switched off and ran bath. turned off tap then went downstairs for 2 min then heard bath draining. Found plug had come out. I think the immersion had also emptied as it had no heat at all on...

hi, one arm on this this 5 bulb thing has collapsed. So safety concerned. How can I get rid of whole thing and fit a normal one bulb light , or do I need an electrician ?

I think it's plasic. Have not tried limescale with bleach yet.
