I’d put 2 bags of ballast in a decent size wheelbarrow, 1/2 bag of cement, give that a mix, then add as much water as you want to get the consistency you want. Actually I wouldn’t, I’d hire a mixer.

for those folk who don't have their own, hiring a mixer is essential. to try and mix that much compo' manually does not make sense.

My thought was to make essentially a long, flat bed wheelbarrow. One that's low slung enough that you can slide it under the table, then lift it up and it'd take enough of the weight that you could move it. I'd imagined a wheelbarrow wheel on the end of some 4x2s, maybe with a simple rectangular...
