Twist the lamp anticlockwise by 1/8 turn and it should drop out. Rubber gloves may assist in turning it or there are various suction cup tools such as https://www.screwfix.com/p/wolfcraft-wfc-5499000-gu10-lamp-removal-tool/6084K although those work best with flat surfaces, not the textured one...
