i just wanna know if i got this correct. in my living room i have one light in the centre which is control by a one way switch. at the switch it just has the feed and switch line. i am now going to incorporate 2 side lights so i was just gonnaloop the side light..i.e...

silly old me they are battery operated so if i wanted to i could incorporate them with my lighting circuit and in the event of the lights going off and there was a fire they would stay on for 2/3 hrs because of the battery life thank you 6amp breaker would be fine for this/

so mr winston what your saying is no matter what spot lights you install now you must use the appropriate hoods to protect the spot light???

all my work is based in london and all the time i put in 16mm for water and gas

a flat im re-wirein will have all new fittings and fixtures so it will defently have a new thermostat just need to find out weather it will need a feed but like plug said alot of the new ones now have volt free contact. its a gas boiler

hello how do i go about connecting my thermostatto my boiler. i know between the boiler and thermostatit will need a 3core and earth. but will the thermostat need a feed and can i get this feed of a light or will it need its seperate own feed from board direct regards

im putting in a smoke detector in a corridor of a flat and a heat detector in the kitchen. but im going from the baord straight to my smoke then a 3core and earth to my heat detecotr as they will be inter connecting. the reason i aint opted to wire it with the lights incase the lights...

the socket coming of the fcu would that be calssed as being SPURED of the fcu? so altogether the fcu would have 3 sets of cables..the incoming and out going plus the cable feeding the socket below
