    How do I clear TS690 Fault Code C.TMP 01?

Before error induced, LCD display showed FUNCTION. I do not have the original engineers manual so I do not know the installation default code. The contact telephone numbers for the installation company (CTI Security) are all NU. The internal sounder is

    Gloworm Boiler F6 Fault Code

It is a 30 CTI. The heating switches off when the hot water is run, we have had the alternating valve changed but that didnt help (that may not be the right word - is it a diverter valve?) Then the F6 fault comes up and there is also a warning light flashing on the wireless thermostat. Nobody...

Will CTI breakers fit Hager Boards?

...leave an installation potentially unsafe, and certainly non compliant for the sake of a couple of quid? I can buy Hager RCBOs cheaper than your inferior CTI sh1te, which I would never even consider fitting. If you owned a ferarri, would you be happy repairing it with parts from a skoda?

should a new shower cubicle installation always be tanked?

I'd never heard of CTI sealant Doggit, I wonder if that can be used between tiles and shower tray? I did think about plastic panels but the ones I found online were really expensive, I think around £600-700 hundred for the shower area, though I suppose you save time or money on the tiling. I did...

    CPN Consumer Unit?

The usual bottom of the market price and quality. For CPN, you could just as easily substitute MAGNUSS, TD-Line, Chint, CED, CTI or a whole load of other 3 letter 'brands'. They are all the same cheaply made rubbish. Given that the cost of a consumer unit is small compared to the cost of...

Will CTI breakers fit Hager Boards?

I wouldn't say they are not as safe as each other, the issue is a Hager board has been Fully type tested with Hager MCBs and Hager RCBOs. Another manufacturers part may not fit the CU correctly. To stick another manufacturers MCB in there wether it be cheap and nasty or a top of the range one...

should a new shower cubicle installation always be tanked?

...in P5 T&G chipboard to get things as stable as possible, and whilst I used to use lipped trays, I now put a 3mm spacer under the panels, and then use CTI sealant (as it has very good flexible properties) to seal the gap. Time will tell on my new system, and any comments will be well appreciated.
