The Wife... and other project problems

Hi Everyone, Just to let you know I went and got the D-Line trunking from B and Q, it worked well with decor and tidied up the wires making the room look a lot better. It settled the wife down as well so all worked out in the end! Didn't take long to do either which meant i could settle down...

Thanks everyone, I would have done what Symptons suggested earlier in the process but it's all newly decorated/expensive wallpaper It wouldn't finish right. I've looked at the D-line stuff and it looks a lot better than other trunking I've seen. I'll probably go with that and i've shown the...

stoves cooker no heat from fan

We had this problem at home the fan is fine (well ours was) There was a cut/bad wire connection so the heating wasn't coming out. The only way to get this sorted will probs be to call someone out, if your still under warranty that shouldn't cost you a penny!

    One screw up after another

I'm currently redeveloping my whole house and it took me back to about 5 years ago when I was helping in my Dad's DIY stage of his life and what disasters encured. We had just finished the living room, all cosy and modern with built in surround system and remote controlled mood lighting plus...

    My First House...

This looks a good project, the bathroom looks spot on. I'm currently rehashing a house but my patience is wearing thin, I'm in that stage where you can only see broken up floorboards and nothing else :( But well done to you for sticking through, redevelopment especially at this time of credit...
