definately the element bust, big burst in one of the legs, continually tripping it out. i thought there was a link pattern for the terminals at the element like star or delta with links etc but cant remember!

can anyone help? I replaced a three phase element/immersion, like for like, the new one is now not pulling any current. Found the neutral is not connected in the isolator enclosure, so i only have the three phases connected at the appliance. Can i get the element to work without a neutral?

i'd go with Kevplumb, or maybe scale in the tap/filter/stainer/flow restrictor fitted?. crack the nut under the tap and see what the pressure is like there...

I agree with seco services! PTFE (plastic tape for eejits) round the joint looks like an amateur did it or a bodged repair, a quick swipe with jet/boss white/blue plus is far more than adequate on a new connection. IMO :lol:
