Hello I just bought a tube of caulk from B&Q and an aplicator thingy but when I try to smooth it out with gloves on it makes a very rough finish. If I do it without gloves what can I use to get it of my hands and nails or can I sand it smooth when it drys? thankyou Cynthia

well done with the diet...it's very difficult as I know to loose weight and I hope all the encouragement helps also i found the weigh ins at weight watchers an insentive and a target to aim for The most effective diet for me is the protein one with which i managed to loose 16 earlier this year...

maybe they all work nights and or shifts like I do...just like all those in my local town during the day! Just put something warm on and get on with it like the rest of northern europe...or move south to warmer climes Cynthia from work
