Non CRT screens suffer from not having interlaced scan

I watched Horse racing on my uncles philips 37" the other day and the Motion blur was terrible. But that was freeview and I only have SKY. I remember thinking to my self what an awful picture he had compared to mine and as he is partially blind I wondered if he would see a benifit watching it...

Non CRT screens suffer from not having interlaced scan

I have no motion blur on my Panasonic LCD but I have seen plenty of TVs with it. I can watch a fast moving action packed Hollywood blockbuster on Blu ray perfect. My sons LCD suffers with this but it was only a cheap Sharp so didn't expect to get the same level of picture. I read the...

Nothing like that on top as a pipe comes straight out of the top. There is a safety thermostat thing stuck to the side but apart from that I cant see much without taking its jacket off. If it makes a difference to what I can do weather it does or does not have an immersion. I will do that and...

    HDMI Cable

I agree. I don't believe the results of a sub standard cable are as catastrophoc as some make out. Plug a vhs video and a Blu Ray player into a full HD tv. They will both play at different levels of quality as the Blu Ray has many more million pixles. The TV just compensates and does the...
