    Hi, as the Potterton Promax FSB 30 HE has a pump, can this pump the condensate 5.7 metres away to the drain? I would use the existing 3.5m 100mm tube connected to some kind of upvc leading to the main waste pipe in house. thanks!

    thanks, just to clarify the waste pipes from dishwasher, sink and washing machine would run 5m along behind the cabinets then into the a vertical waste pipe in the corner of kitchen connecting upstairs loo and then under house into drain.

    oh the door is for the lounge - the door is the same as all the other doors in the house, solid oak. I think they made the frame that big because the builders couldn't be bothered to plaster that part. Door size is normal single sized opening.

    how to lay underlay around corners

    Hi, about to install some moistop underlay on the sub floor - around the floor are parts like recessed french doors which have awkward corners. How do I get round this by not cutting into the underlay?
