The problem shouldn't get any worse really, in fact it may get better as incoming water temperatures change.Give the customer service dept a ring they should get an engineer out within a few days.

thanks hugh, the pilot is lit , no probs with gas supply as the fire still works and the heating system has cooled right off. theflow and return next to the boiler are cool also. :?

when replacing an old back bolier with a combi, can the old boiler be disconnected and left in situ behind the fire with the fire still working or does the whole lot need to be removed and a new fire or surround be installed?
