its definately carrying the coolant - when i fill the water up it flys out of the pipe in a couple of places - cold weather and no anti freeze is the cause i just need to know what its called so i can get one then fit it. thanks

ive got a burst metal pipe goes from the front of the engine round the right and up to the top. what is this called and how hard is it to replace ? it carrys the water cheers people

op - your looking at 700 ish from a plumber if he supplied it would of come with the back plate fitting kit too. for that you get the plumber delivering it, any problems hes supplied it and its up to him to sort it etc. I personally wouldnt install a boiler off ebay thats come missing...

thanks matey - would this cause the smoke and the rattling when warm though (it only does it for a few minutes and then its ok - but it can do this on the way to a job after running for a ten mintues or so)

there is a little leak on it i have to repplace oil now and then - the van is going in next week for that to be done - water level is ok. the smoke is when i first start in mornings then ok - then every couple of days it will be warm when it rattles for a few minutes and a load of smoke comes...

smoke coming from exhaust and rattling from engine only for a minute then runs fine for a few days - is it on the way out ? :(
