Ideal C28 mini - Faulty CH Temperature probe?

If I have to drain down, as the boiler is at the highest point can I just drain the boiler down? Shutting off the ch flow and return first? Shall I replace both temp probes? And advice on filling it back up? Re open valves and then fill using loops?

External breeze block wall - board or plaster?

Hi all, In the bathroom I have just ripped the tiles off the external wall. Unlike the other walls, this was boarded with plasterboard and now I have ripped that off all I can see is the breeze block. The plasterboard was just glued to the wall. Is that normal? I will be re-tiling it...

Tiling onto concrete render (one wall flat, other not so...)

Hi all, When ripping down the tiles, just the concrete render was left. It is relatively flat, so I'm thinking to just tile on to it. I've heard, as long as I use a cement based adhesive I do not need to prime it with anything... but others say i should (not PVA) However, there are some larger...

    Ideal Mini ignition PCB?

Hmmm Ok, that is fair enough - I would not touch the combustion chamber myself anyway. I needs a service anyway so I will pass on all the details to Gasway. Are you able to tell me what you think the common fault is so I can tell him - might save some diagnosing time, if he can go straight to...
