Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

Think I have solved this. The T ball valves are not completely closing. Big job so will probably leave it till after Xmas

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

If you refer to my previous photo you will see that the flow meters (where i attach the tap hose) are at the top, and return vaves are at the bottom, which is where I am attaching the drain hose. I am off for a Christmas drink now - will post to any relies tomorrow.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

Yes my flow meters are upper most.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

No air bleeds anywhere. Thats the closest I can get for pics as the unvented cylinder is in the way.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

Hose pipe in the top from tap - drain from bottom into bucket. as per this .

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

I shut down all loops ( Flow meter and pin valve) apart from number one. Waited for a steady flow of water then shut down that loop and opened the second loop and so on.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

There is this - no idea what it is.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

Today I will flush and refill then get back to you. There is no mixing pump and the manifolds dont have a an air vent. Hot water is supplied by a HeatRea Sadia and is pumped by a water pump. Thanks Johntheo5.

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

All the flow meters and return valves are exactly the same as the ones replaced

Flow meters all at zero on Uponor Vario S UFH manifold.

The manifold is a 3 loop Uponor Vario S. I have just installed 3 new flow meters and Pin return valves. I flushed and filled each loop one at a time, but the flow meters all show the red disc at zero. The water in the glass tubes all sit at around 2. The return pipes are 1 x warm 2 x coldish...

Exactly - i believe they are jammed.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

Thanks for that but have seen that previously. Thats for balancing the system - I want to flush and fill system for which the lower valve needs to be fully open. When I turn the lower valve nothing happens at the flow meter at all.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

Thats exactly what i was thinking. Think I will buy from Amazon or ebay and experiment.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

To fill and vent the Kamo system the flow meters need to be working though.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

I cannot remove the sight glass. Its either stuck or is not removable. All the flow meters are the same.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

Not really. Luke warm although - manifold bar gets hot.

UFH not working. I need to service it.

System was working a year ago when I 1st viewed. Now you cant even adjust flow rate. Marker stays in same position when you try to adjust.Water pump was replaced and is fed by an electric Heatrae Sadia.
