Hopefully he will find the problem today. I suppose the first thing he will do is inspect the outside tiles and ridges. If that all looks ok then god knows. It seems strange its on the back and side only.

Hi. Had a think about getting the tiles changed and decided to get it done whilst all the scaffolding up. He wanted an extra £1000 for new tiles and thats on a 4 sided roof. Thats £5000 in total. Does that sound a good price? At a guess the house has got to be 7m x 6m?
