    OSB Loft Boards Preparation?

I think that you're over-thinking it. If it's going in the loft then it isn't going to matter too much. I'd just go-ahead with them as they are.

    PVC door step damaged

You don't stand on that bit. It's a rain deflector.

    PVC door step damaged

Assuming the 'hollow-ness' is not used for anything, which I don't think it is then, expanding foam; cut back to just below surface; filler and sanded back and then some form of sticky-back plastic film covering the whole lot, tucked under the frame and finished off fully around the edges.

    Water pooling near backdoor

I agree with all the other comments here. Just an idea though, how about a bag or two of Postcrete, added neat? Not tried it myself and could be a ball-ache to remove when you come to do the job properly though. Be sure to be on the ball with levels and falls as it goes off.

Replacement Windows - What to Look For

Try and see examples of others they have installed locally. Perhaps even speak to the home-owners.

Replacement Windows - What to Look For

Whoever you go for, be sure to double-check the planned design layout AND physical aperture measurements before you sign-off for manufacture. I had one large well known company do our whole property a few years back. Their measurements were way off. They just 'approximate' and then use filler...

    Vinted scammers

According to ChatGPT, Vinted simply act as a middle-man between private seller and private seller, rather than them themselves being a 'business'. The latter does have to cover this sort of situation. Also, I believe that they are French based and sop maybe perhaps, excluded from normal English...

    Vinted scammers

There seems to be a business model being used by one of the sellers on Vinted that I've come across: many of the items listed have incorrect sizing (for clothes); the title is different to the description which is different to the item label. On some they have even hidden the label in the photo...

UPVC Window Gap (Toe and Heel)

You can buy new hinges from Screwfix. Pretty easy to fit for a competent DIYer although admittedly rather cumbersome with the heavy window. I took the glass out first when I did mine, it reduces the weight and makes it easier to hold in place when drilling / fitting screws etc.

    Weird stairwell join - help!

How about you work out exactly what you want it to look like at the finish and then work with the carpenter into finding a practical and workable solution? Do a bit of research, look on Pinterest etc. It may be that what you want in your head cannot be done.

    Flashing for lean to greenhouse

You need to determine how rotten the wood is and replace if necessary, before attempting anything else. Otherwise, the whole lot will simply pull away at some later date. From what I can tell from the pics, after attending to the wood, I would clean up the wall back to brick all along then...

Lol! It is. I was going to say head gasket but, sounds like not as bad an issue after all.

    BT phone line/service 'upgrade'

I don't know why they try to 'sell' it to customers that they are 'upgrading your service' when it does nothing at all at the pointy end. Why aren't they just honest and simply say, "we're working in your area". Sounds to me that they're forever trying to justify their extortionate line...

    Correct seal?

No, it'd be the seal. The single spout twists the whole thing each time it is turned plus, those metal sinks can be very flexible. Google for seal options. Here's something from Amaz@n as a start.
