new detector goes to expander 1 zone 15 and there connected on serie

Just forgot to mention that it has already a detector installed for the last 5 years. Yes it is a 24 zone Premier elite and all zones are used. So do I still do as you advise by removing the 4K7 and connect in series to the existing detector. Below is photo of the existing detector wired.
