    Mottled effect of the beading

I have had some plasterboard and plastering done. The plaster has been painted with a mist coat and 3 top coats, generally 24 hrs between coats. However, I have a mottled effect where the beading is around edges/corners. I have even tried a Cover Stain product, but this didn't cover the...

Dry Hip - Is this OK?

Hi Having a mechanical vented ridge and hip system installed. I captured this image of the hip batten being installed. They have cut away a lot of the tile to fit the batten, but there are still some areas where the batten touches a tile resulting in the batten not being straight. I...

    Ridge and Hip Tile Quote

Thank all for your replies. Now seen a couple of roofers and have been offered different opinions of what to do: 1. Ventilated ridge and hips (all dry) 2. Ventilated ridge and wet hips. I definitely want to go with a ventilated ridge. Appreciate opinions on what is the right way to go?
