Mottled effect of the beading

I have had some plasterboard and plastering done. The plaster has been painted with a mist coat and 3 top coats, generally 24 hrs between coats. However, I have a mottled effect where the beading is around edges/corners. I have even tried a Cover Stain product, but this didn't cover the effect.

Can anyone advise on why this is?
