No, this end gets most of the sun. The door is probably in the shade most of the day but the opposite wall catches the sun most of the day and these are the most affected panels.

Hi I have added some photos. It looks a bit odd to me, the osb is 8x4 sheets and it looks as though the mould is randomly covering complete sheets and yet there is none on the adjoining sheets. Most of it is concentrated at one end of the workshop nearest the door.

It might be possible to fix into the studs if they are timber. If its well built they will be at 400mm centres but most likely to be at 600mm and If they are modern metal you have not really got much hope. I would not try fixing it to plain plasterboard as it will not hold.

This is not necessarily correct. It is most likely sitting on a screed so it will not be bolted. In this country they are mostly fixed to the string via the string having a tongue fitted into a mortice cut in the post and fixed with dowels as stated in one of the other posts.
