    Advice needed please

    Hi, I have ran into a problem when trying to fit a new ceiling shade, the problem is that the black metal ceiling plug has dropped down out of the hole it's in, it will not push back up, I'm unable to get upstairs floorboards up to investigate! Anyone got any ideas a way around this?
