Remote led outside?

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to make my outside security light (50 watt led) remote control, it's currently running direct from a outside power point on the back wall!
Is their a kit I can add to allow it to work via remote?

Would you believe it some one actually markets a cordless extension lead. I know Nickia Teslar was claimed to have made a car which was powered by radio waves but the losses are silly and in real terms you need wires.
