Anyone know how to get my Hikvision NVR to record on intrusion detection only? I have set up the field and get notifications correctly, it’s just not recording. The unit records on motion detection but we was getting too many false alarms.

Anyone know how to get a thumbnail image of a notification in the messages part of Hik-Connect? I get a bell icon displayed on events from the NVR. I have a separately connected Hikvision doorbell which was displaying a snapshot image but is now a bell icon.
