About a 10cm squared hole in felt. It seems a tile has moved and a bird got in. Insulation will also need replacing in that area. A small area of felt has also come down in another area, no leaks though. Insurance company quoted £450 if claim is processed. Sloping roof and end terrace. Thanks

My trouble is removing the old tap. There are two copper pipes coming from the underneath. I can undo the the lower nuts. But how do I undo the upper ones? There is little room with the sink pipes. etc
