Do I Need Specialist Advice or Work For These Cracks?

Depends.

Are they recent? Are they getting bigger?

How old is the house?

Is that a cracked artex ceiling? If so, that's probably asbestos so I'd check that.

Jason42, good evening.

OK Externally on the roughcast render? there appears to have been a window? or something that has been infilled and re-rough cast? the roughcast pattern / materials appear different? the roughcast appears to be 1960 Ish???

Do any of the internal cracks appear internally opposite the external cracks?

Ken.

Thanks for the replies!

House built late 1930's. End terrrace.

There was a small window which was infilled quite a few years back.

I filled the artex in. Recracked on landing stairs.

I have had a closer inpsection outside the house and have found more cracks! Photos added (Gulp)

Crack where bathroom was built on in early 70's

Crack in corner of front door

Crack outside which runs horizontally along red bricks, there is a matching one in the front room

Crack outside directly underneath living room front window

Just seemed to have noticed the ones indoors are becoming more prominent on corner of doors in living room and kitchen. Small cracks appearing across all of wall which partions front room from kitchen.
