Hi all,
In the picture attached is the side of my bedroom window. I’m currently decorating the room and this has been unearthed.
Any suggestions on the best way to properly fill it and get a smooth sharp 90 degree edge ??
Kind regards
John
Hi Tigercubrider,
There’s no plans for the kitchen as it was an ex display unit which was then altered to fit the kitchen area we had and the tumble dryer is freestanding under the counter and the under sink drawer has a side to the space where I am trying to tactfully hide
Thanks
John
Thankyou guys, anyone got any other ideas on how we can hide it?
Was thinking of something like a sliding door to utilise the space? Struggling to find a sliding mechanism that could attach to the underside of the worktop to make it a hanging sliding door??
Thanks in advance
Hi guys,
So I am decorating the kitchen area and I have this space that needs something in place to tidy the front up.
Ideally I want to have like a sliding cabinet type door but cannot for the life of me find what mechanisms I need or how I would do it?
Measurements are -
10 inches wide...
Here is an updated photo of the floor tile that I replaced! I only replaced the damaged one and not the one next to it that had a little chip on the edge.
The grouts still wet in the picture but it’s all done now and looks brand new, myself and wife’s happy now it’s replaced lol
Ahh I see, would taking out the new base rail that’s there existing make it look better? In your opinion how would I best go about filling and levelling off the bit gap on the right?
Thankyou conny,
Based on the range being at the edge of the tile, would you say replace the tile next to it or would it be ok to replace only the one and the grout would fill in the little bit of the edge?
Thanks,
John
Hey guys,
Pictured is a tile with a hole in it. We have underfloor heating and I am wondering if I can replace the tile and if so what’s best to use and how’s it best to go about doing it? I’ve never removed or laid a tile before and especially over underfloor heating
Any help/advice is...
Hi Guys, my names John and I enjoy doing DIY (when I get round to it) and for a long time I have been putting off finishing/fixing this issue with the pictured part of the stairs to my attic.
All we want is for it to be tidy and neat but can’t for the life of me figure out what’s best to do...
