Looking to re-pave the garden in the coming months. Is it a good idea to put a gravel boarder between the house and the first line of slabs to aid drainage? Or should I pave up to the property and angle away?

Hello I’m looking to board my loft and whilst clearing what’s currently there, I noticed some old and compacted insulation. Does this need replacing? Or will it do a job if I add additional insulation on top? It’s around 80mm in depth.

Thanks. Any idea why the pressure continues to drop when the heating is switched on? Currently its shot up to about 3 bars but when turned off will drop back to 1.5. And then overnight will continue to fall once again.

Possibly with the guttering but there's water dropping from the fascia/soffit that's concerning me.

Thanks - I think we're about one piece short above the window so will look to get that sorted. Long term, am I looking at replacing the bricks entirely?
