    I’ve tried alarm cable but when using it reboots the camera ? For instance after a couple seconds of use maybe 5/6 it reboots I’ve used two controllers and does the same .

    What is the correct cable to use from a ptz controller to the camera itself? The controller has +and- and cam has yellow wire +and orange - thanks in advance.

    Okay got an image now ( I’ve changed a setting in channel type on dvr) my next problem is getting it to move is the rs485a +or - I’m connecting it to the Samsung ptz above and would you know the settings.At the min it’s PEL PEL-D 9.6k thanks

    got a ptz camera second hand think model is JK-8128-MX 12V 30x IR PTZ I’ve connected up and it turns on setup however now comes the problem there is no image showing ? I’ve got a FLOUREON dvr and a Swann tried on both . Do I need to change the settings on something? Can’t find a manual for this .
