got a ptz camera second hand think model is

JK-8128-MX 12V 30x IR PTZ​

I’ve connected up and it turns on setup however now comes the problem there is no image showing ?
I’ve got a FLOUREON dvr and a Swann tried on both .
Do I need to change the settings on something? Can’t find a manual for this .

What model are your DVRS ?

Probably your dvrs are too low of a resolution to support it !

If you can get into menus what’s the lowest resolution you can set it to

is it the camera menu ? I use this on one of the cameras I’ve got BUT lost the manual so not sure how to access.the only I can find online is the Samsung 1010 .

Okay got an image now ( I’ve changed a setting in channel type on dvr) my next problem is getting it to move is the rs485a +or - I’m connecting it to the Samsung ptz above and would you know the settings.At the min it’s PEL PEL-D 9.6k thanks
