    Thanks for your help with this. I have sorted it at the weekend. I tapped the case first and the keypad started working, so I opened it up re-seated that and all is good so far at least. :)

    Hi, just gone to set this today and founds keys 1, 4 & 7, so down a line on the left side on the keypad have stopped working, they don't beep when you press them? Anyone have any idea what could be wrong, its been in 5 years without issue? Tony

    Oh I see, it would only be raised around 5mm as they are Vinyl plank boards and there appears to be sufficient movement in the copper pipe from under the floor. So would it be this kind of thing...

    Is it best to remove guttering to re-stain fascias & soffits?

    Our fascias and soffits need re-staining as its down to bare wood in places, so would you recommend removing the plastic gutters to do this? The house is 30 years old and some of the gutter joints have been re-sealed? Tony

    Its about 2-3mm deep I reckon, could I just use scrim & easi-fill or will it crack again?

    I did wonder about the dampers, but they look as if they are in the right position. I tried to check the bearings, but also couldn't feel any play, but I'm no expert!

    I see on the B&Q website that the 28mm slabs are ideal for shed bases, can anyone confirm these are thick enough?
