03 plate Ford Fiesta Zetec, losing water.

Hi, I noticed my coolant tank had completley emptied. so i filled back up for the trip home only to notice it had gone again after a drive of around 30 miles. Once parked up I opened the bonnet up to see the water level lowering, and it coming out from around by the Radiator and by the fan. it wasn't a trickle it was coming out fairly quickly. I don't know much about cars but it all looks okay and couldn't see any obvious damage. Is there anything I can check to determine where its coming from?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the main radiator matrix has corroded through....please don't drive the car without water in it as the cylinder head gasket will surely fail!
