10mm Pipe isolation valve

Hi

We have 10mm micro bore pipe work through out our house and i want to put 2 isolation valves on the hot and cold feed to our on suite basin as i will be removing it. I see you can by these for gas but have not seen any for water or can the gas ones be used for water to?.
