Evening, looking for a bit of advice. Have been working on a 12 way mk grid switch today which contains normal light switches and dimmer modules. There is a major problem with space in the back box. Where the dimmer modules are used they crush any cables behind because they are so big and plus its impossible to make anymore space in the box. Does anyone know if there is a deep back box for a 12 way switch box.
Thanks for any help.

is this surface or flushed into wall? How are the switches wired, feed into switch with neutral, just swirtch wires etc? also whats the wiring system used?

Well, its a mixture. Mainly singles, and as far as i can remember there is no neutral at the switch. Its a surface switch but there is no space around the switch to move it etc.

if mostly singles then you probably have the bare minimun cable in there. Not seen a deeper back box for them tbh.

This is it, i haven't seen one either, its just these flippin dimmer modules takeing up all the space. The back of the module is touching the back of the box so they'll probably over heat and burn out in no time.
Maybe i could try some sky hooks, see if they work
