1200 lumen led ceiling lights in living room?

Looking to replace 2 traditiional pendant lights, and was looking at led's but dont want to have 6/8+ downlights and wondered if there were any other options... I found these, and wondered if anyone has actuallyusued thm in the home, and if they were any good?

go for a couple off 10w single led they will give out about 80-90w equivilent 1100 lumens around £12

these are 7w and around 60w equivilent 700 lumens output around £9

just to check, why do you want to spend £85 on something that gives about as much light as an old-fashioned 100 watt bulb?

how long will it take you to recoup your investment in reduced energy costs, compared to a 22W CFL that will run for 45 hours on 11p worth of electricity?

Fair point.. just trying to find some low profile low energy lighting for the living room, dont want dangling pendants, or spotlights, and dont really want 8+ downlights either....
