125 mA mystery box

Hello all,
By my mother in laws fusebox there is a small box with 125mA fuse written on it, 2 telecom type wires come out of it, got no idea what it is, anybody? its about the size of a ciggie packet

Most likely the doorbell. It sounds a bit small to be a transformer, and too low-power to be fire alarm or burglar alarm.
