12v G4 LEDs - load required !

Got some nice g4 led conversions off eBay.

I wasn't surprised to find that when they were all replaced the light wouldn't work as the transformer appears to need a load :(

Apart from fitting a resistor or keeping one bulb halogen are they're any other LEDs with load resistors fitted !!!!

That is because it is NOT a transformer, but a switch mode power supply. A true transformer would work.

Having a load resistor, either inside or outside an LED would be a waste of energy and defeat the purpose of having LEDs.
