If you mean a radial spurred off the ring final circuit, then yes you can but your load will obviously be limited to 13A.

If you mean from a radial eminating from the consumer unit then a bit pointless really unless you are doing a simple solution to RCD protection if there is no existing.

it is a radial circuit for 3 double sockets from the cu with no existing rcd protection
 
if your running a new radial cct from the c/u to supply these sockets it would be more practical to install a separate RCD in a Separate enclosure to the C/U to protect this cct. It may also be worth looking into replacing the entire consumer unit, becuase if it does not have RCD protection then this does not comply with the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
