Single Oven Connection.

So assuming the cable is touching the plasterboard, its derated to 35A...

Given that the largest CPD you can then fit is a 32A your limited to a maximum draw of around 8kw.

Using diversity you could probably fit everything onto that cable and meet the regulations, however if you turn everything on you likely trip the breaker, which isnt really ideal.

Aragorn 84, thanks for your perseverence.

So are you saying that the following would be acceptable and within the regs?

A mini CU in the kitchen, taken from the existing cooker point, supplying the induction hob and the pyrolitic single oven across the kitchen, with the MW connected to the seperate 13amp ring main?

With the qualification that the fuse may trip under maximum load.

Should I be able to find a way to pass cable from the existing CU, what cable size and fuse would you recommend for the MW and single pyrolitic oven on the same feed, or should there be two different feeds?

Thanks
