15 mm or 20 mm engineered wood flooring

Hi putting an engineered wood floor on top of a 80mm screed with underfloor heating.

I’ve been told that 20mm boards could leave the room colder but obviously they are better for sanding down in the future?

Will it make that much difference to heating if we use 20mm engineered wood?

It’s all about the wear layer. A 14mm with 4mm wear layer will be well enough.
