150 MM FAN

I have a 150 mm extractor fan that I want to put in the bathroom. I do want to run the extraction through some ducting to outside.
My question is....... is there such a thing as a 150 to 100 mm reducer and what trunking do you recommend please.

Is the fan sized for the room extraction? If so I would suggest reducing duct capacity is not a good idea. if the void is shallow there my be transitions available that allow 150mm dia to be connected in rectangular duct.
