150x65mm cast iron Air Brick vent

Hi,
I have a 1930's semi with cast iron airbrick vents, have googled suppliers, but everyone sells 9" wide vents, I need a 6" (or 150mm).

Any brickies come across this, and know where one might be sold.

We could chisel out a wider gap and put in a 9"er, just concerned the slate DPC will get damaged in the process.

Could you cut a 3” section out of a new air brick? Maybe easier

Thanks for the suggestion, yes thought if cutting something down, seems only option so far.
