The blue wire comes from the inside hallway light

Is it connected to neutral?

To the light of looks like they've used a 3 core to being a neutral to the switch to feed the outside light...maybe.

Or it could be PIR controlled.

If I were to change the switch to this one would L1 be L11 or L12?

If that blue definitely goes to a neutral in the light then do as I said in #4

It works!! But the switches do the opposite but they work so couldn't care less haha, thank you so much!!!!

You need to tidy that up you shouldn't see any bare copper.

Does the light have it's own pir? As that would be on permanently

it does, its a motion senser light that only comes on when it sense people, i shall get a sleeve for it and leave it off until it arrives, thank you

Or a longer piece of wire but dont strip as much off.

It wouldn't do you put both reds in com, move one to L11 or do you mean via the pir

so should i take out the joining wire that links both coms up aswell? or still do it from L11 to coms?
