2 rads warmish

hi there,
I just replaced the pump on my c/h and bleed all the rads through but there are 2 of them down stairs the are only warm and the are on either side of a wall.
So why could this be?

Also when the c/h turn off should the pump stop work or carry on?

turn off hot rads to force air lock from pipes serving cold ones

pump may overrun, depends on boiler.

the pump doesnt seem to stop at all,the boiler is a ideal classic ff240 so is this normal?

well the pump is still running even when the c/h is switched off on the stat and the programmer this doesn't seem right?
But i have sorted the rads out now
