2 Way Lighting

I assume the brown strap should be in with the blue or yellow, again with all lights off test for voltage between earth and yellow and blue one at a time, the live will be the position for the brown, you will end up with 3 wires in a terminal.
I’m getting 240v in yellow with switch off. Should this be linked with COM?

It is one of the reds (in with yellow or blue) that will be the permanent live - I can't tell which.

This should be linked to the com on the other switch where the brown was to start with.

Well done and thanks for letting us know it working.
I have to say I was concentrating on the lose wire initially, expecting to then move on the the 2 way issue and EFL was way ahead on the position of the brown link.
