I am looking to add a Baumatic BT2710SS range cooker to my kitchen. It requires a 20 amp supply. Do i need to have a new radial circuit added for the cooker, or can i run it on a fused spur from the ring main?

That doesn't answer the question. Any electrical work done in the kitchen will be carried out by a part p qualified electrician. Do in need to budged for a new radial circuit, or fused spur?

Your electrician will fit a new circuit

Which bit dont you understand? A new circuit is a new circuit, be it a radial for a specific appliance or set of appliances, or a ring final.
