2001 galaxy gremlins.

I have a 2001 2.3 galaxy auto ghia. any ideas on the following gremlins?

The cruise control stopped working.. it still sounds as if a solenoid is clicking when the button is pressed, but no cruise.. just slow down.. rear os elec window just stopped working..
