2007 Ford Focus rear inside door panel removal

How does the rear door panel come off besides removing all the torx screws around the edge? What else holds it on?

Not sure without seeing it, there is often hidden screws - try behind the door release handle holding the plastic surround on, also in the base of the handle which you use to close the door - there may be a false bottom to it as there is in some earlier fords.
